Lunch Bunch is an opportunity for your child to enjoy an additional hour of play before or after their school session. Morning session children should be picked up at 12:30 p.m., and children in the afternoon session should be dropped off at 11:40 a.m. Lunch Bunch is offered Monday through Friday and typically is staffed by two teachers.

Parents should pack their child’s lunch while being cognizant of the school’s nut-free guidelines. Please see the our list of safe-to-share snacks and treats.

While at Lunch Bunch, children have the opportunity to enjoy the Big Room or outside playground (weather permitting), work on arts and crafts, and occasionally listen to stories read out loud. Because they are having so much fun, not all children actually eat lunch during this program. Therefore, if your child is in an afternoon school session, you might want to ensure that he/she has had a small snack prior Lunch Bunch.

A nominal fee is charged for participation in Lunch Bunch, and the program is broken into four sessions throughout the school year. The Office Manager will distribute the sign-up sheets in the parent mailboxes with complete instructions regarding registration and payment for each session. Sign-up forms are distributed shortly after school starts for enrollment in the first session. Get form here. Participation in the lunch program is limited, and children are accepted on a first come basis.
